Our client is a premium events services business. in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy & Vision Lead the overall creative direction and experiential strategy for a diverse portfolio of corporate, luxury, and government events, translating complex client briefs into breathtaking, innovative event concepts that push the boundaries of design in Dubai and the wider UAE.
- Concept Development & Pitching Champion the ideation process for large-scale experiential events, exhibitions, and product launches, producing compelling mood boards, spatial layouts, and storytelling narratives to confidently pitch and secure high-value contracts.
- Production & On-Site Execution Oversee the end-to-end physical and digital realization of creative concepts, collaborating closely with technical, production, and scenic teams to ensure structural, lighting, AV, and scenic elements meet world-class standards during live execution.
- Supplier & Talent Management Build and manage an elite network of regional and international creative collaborators, including 3D designers, tech innovators, entertainment acts, and multimedia artists, ensuring seamless delivery of cutting-edge event experiences.
- Team Mentorship & Growth Inspire, guide, and mentor an in-house team of designers, copywriters, and content creators, fostering a collaborative, high-energy studio culture while optimizing creative output and supporting strategic business growth.
Experience:
- Experiential & Event Experience Possess a minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive creative leadership experience within a top-tier experiential agency or event services business, with a dazzling portfolio of successfully executed large-scale live events.
- Dubai Market Expertise Demonstrate profound knowledge of the Dubai and UAE events landscape, luxury market dynamics, venue spaces, and cultural sensitivities, with a proven track record of delivering world-class experiences in the region.
- Design & Spatial Proficiency Exhibit deep technical literacy in spatial design, event technology, immersive media, and production workflows, ensuring creative concepts are both wildly imaginative and logistically feasible.
- Industry Network Showcase an active, well-established network of premier freelance talent, specialized production vendors, tech partners, and elite performance artists across Dubai and the global event industry.
- Education & Portfolio Background Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Architecture, Scenography, or a related creative discipline, backed by an exceptional portfolio showcasing masterful storytelling and cutting-edge spatial design.
