Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable contracts for the company
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and market trends to the management team
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand our network
- Travel to meet with clients and attend business meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
